In August, the market remained stable, with a slight increase in pending listings as sold listings continued to rise following a busy July. Active inventory in King County saw a slight decline compared to the previous week. As expected, days on market increased slightly leading into the holiday weekend, while new listings decreased, and both the median list and sale prices remained steady.
