Although some listings went pending last week, the summer market in King County remains robust. Active inventory saw a slight increase, and there was a significant rise in sold listings compared to the previous week. New listings dropped by 13.8%, aligning with expected seasonal trends, while days on market, median active prices, and sale prices remained steady.
