We connected with them early in our journey / home search, and for nearly a year, we were on and off searching for homes remotely. They were available to us & always checking in, even as our search paused for a time due to job location constraints. They visited open houses on our behalf, took videos & voiced over their thoughts and observations, or did video calls to help us decide whether it's worth the flight up to see the home in person. They helped us make the most of our few visits up to the Seattle area - showing us around the different neighborhoods we expressed interest in, a mix of open houses & just spending time in the area.
